Printed photos are so much better than digital images! Let me tell you why 🙂
Do you remember floppy disks? How about CDs and DVDs?
Do you use those anymore?
The way we store digital images and files keeps changing, and what seemed like the latest and greatest way to store photos a decade ago is now outdated and often unusable. Even USBs are starting to disappear as everything moves to the cloud!
The truth is, technology changes, and digital files don’t last forever 🙁
But printed photos? They stand the test of time.
Think about the old family albums or framed pictures at your grandparents’ house. Some of those prints must be decades old, yet you can still hold, admire and share them. Those images don’t require a special device to view them, no software updates, no compatibility issues—just pure, lasting memories!
I always encourage families to invest in printed photographs because your precious memories are meant to be seen and enjoyed, not just stored on a hard drive or lost in the cloud. How often do we take pictures, thinking we’ll organize them later, only for them to disappear into the digital abyss? A beautiful framed print or a handcrafted album ensures that your memories are always within reach.
Yes, digital files seem convenient, and I do offer them with my photography packages. But my heart is with prints, as IMO printed photos are better than digital images. Prints preserve your memories in a way that no screen ever could. There’s something magical about holding a print in your hands—flipping through an album, running your fingers over the pages, or seeing a framed photo hanging on the wall. Unlike digital files that can get lost in the shuffle of technology, prints remain a lasting, tangible connection to our most treasured moments.
Make sure your family’s moments don’t just sit in a digital folder—turn them into beautiful keepsakes that last a lifetime!
